Returns & Refunds Policy

Chefit’s products are frozen and/ or perishable and we can therefore not accept any return of unwanted goods.


We encourage you to inspect your product when you receive it (before allowing it to defrost).


If you find the product is not up to our quality standards, or the packaging has been damaged during delivery, please take a photo of the issue and send this to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we may refund or exchange the item for you.


Please endeavour to keep the product/s as you received it and in your freezer so we may inspect it and assist us with improving our service delivery.
We are unable to refund or exchange items that have been consumed or discarded.

Depending on each customers complaint and our ability to rectify it, It is at Chefit’s sole discretion whether any items are eligible for exchange or refund.
